i gonna change blogskin liao. anyway. lots of things happened.

Yesterday, had PFT.

sit-ups : 22 (veh lousy. stomach cramp mah.)
sit & reach : 35 cm (veh lousy. hand not long mah.)
Inclined pull-up : 16 (bwahaha. hand almost broke :( )
Shuttle run : 13.25 (eek! i failed! cuz i got fan ying chi tun )
Standing Broad Jump : 158 cm. (i deproved lots. ): cuz i gained weight && my legs too short le. )

2.4 km run : 16.2 ++ i tink.. forget le.

i held hands with maxine.. budden she slower then me. <._.>

but it was indeed funneh! i think of it now.
